Where are you located?

We are located conveniently between the woodlands and willis, 8 minutes from I-45.

What are your hours?

Monday – Friday 7a – 6p. Our front office is closed for lunch 11a-1p.

Saturday 7a – 12p

Sunday 4p – 6p for boarding pick-up only

Holiday Hours

On major holidays, our lobby is closed for pick-up, drop-off, and daycare. Additionally, on days surrounding holiday, we may have reduced lobby hours or require reservations for daycare. As always, even when our lobby is closed, our lobby staff is here all day to take great care of your pup if he/she is boarding with us.

What time can I drop my dog off or pick them up for boarding?

All drop off and pick ups are by appointment only.

Do you require vaccines?

Yes.

What are the age requirements for dog training and boarding?

We required Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP.
All vaccines must be done by a licensed veterinarian. You can upload a copy with the form we send you when you book dog training and/or boarding, or have them emailed to us at info@manneredmutt.com

My puppy doesn’t have all her shots, can she still come to play?

Dogs must be at least 12 weeks of age.

What do I need to know for my dog’s boarding?

It is required that all puppies be at least 12 weeks old and have completed their vaccinations prior to attending camp. There are many communicable diseases that spread through contact and young dogs are exceptionally susceptible to getting sick.

What is “Peak Season”?

The Mannered Mutt charges “peak season” pricing to accommodate required additional staffing during the following periods:
